Do you need a special hitch when the truck is assembled

My truck is fully assembled and running so I had to make a special deep hitch for it. If your truck had the air intake disabled, you can probably do it differently. I fixed my lift pump and got the correct output from the oil gauge. 5 Stars

6.5td mounted on fuel pump shut off

Very easy to change! I removed the old one and installed the new one in under 5 minutes. I have a 1992 Chevy Silverado C2500 and it was having trouble starting. As soon as I replaced this sensor, it worked without any problems! It includes a booster pump and allows for easy starting! Love my 6.5

  • I am silent

Worked great on my 6.5 diesel.

I thought my 6.5 liter diesel had water in the fuel or there was a problem with the new PMD I installed. my problem. - This sensor is also an emergency fuel cut off.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • So far so good

The symptoms on my truck (98 GMC K2500) were on the freeway, it worked fine , but in the city it jumped and stalled. When the oil pressure was high, the booster pump worked. When the oil pressure was low, the booster pump stopped working. When the key is off for more than 10 seconds, the ECM leaves the booster pump 5…

Delco's Best Accuracy Recommended

I am updating this review October 2014. I have owned 2 of these ACDelco D1808A transmitters and based on their combined experience I am increasing the rating to 4/5. Compared to a mechanical gauge, I found this gauge to be noticeably more accurate than the BWD counterpart. My experience of reliability has been mixed - one died as quickly as the BWD, the other lasted longer and still works. I first replaced my factory sensor with an ACDelco D1808A (this model). Everything worked fine but only…
