Pros

Great item. best in my review

As a firefighter, I carry this BP cuff in my turn out gear for medic calls. Never had an issue and still works great. Just need to keep remembering to take it out before I go on fire calls!

Cons
  • The device is not intended for home use

Fantastic Product! in my review

I am going to nursing school and needed to invest in a good blood cuff. I am very happy with this blood cuff as it reads accurately, tough material, and has a warranty to cover calibrating if issues did occur. The best part of buying this product and buying it online is saving money which I saved over 20 bucks compared to retail stores.

Pros
  • Clear numbering system for immediate identification
Cons
  • The device is not suitable for individuals with circulatory issues

Great for my uses in my review

Love this sphygmomanometer. I am an acupuncture student and need this for clinic and will have to use it when I graduate. Fits most adults and some children easy to read and use. I would buy this brand again if I had to

Pros
  • High customer satisfaction and positive reviews
Cons
  • The device requires regular calibration to maintain accuracy

Cons

This is an excellent sphygmomanometer for the price

This is an excellent sphygmomanometer for the price. However, I have two complaints. One is that it can be difficult to put on a patient since it does not have the metal bar at the end to make the cuff tighter by simply pulling it. The other complaint is that once the cuff is on a patients arm the clip for the meter is always off to the side. Other than that its excellent. Hopefully in the future they can fix these issues.

Pros
  • Easy to use and gets the job done.
Cons
  • The device is difficult to store

Prompt delivery - my new review

I needed a bp cuff for my personal use and this item has met that need. It was delivered on time and there were no defects with the item. It has a moderate cuff size and I can use this without any problems on my husbands large arms. I am quite satisfied with it's performance.

Pros
  • Easy-to-read gauge for quick and accurate measurements
Cons
  • The cuff is not suitable for individuals with sensitive skin

Fantastic cuff for my opinion

I'm a healthcare provider and this is great quality. Works as well as much more expensive cuffs and can take a beating without losing accuracy.

Pros
  • Assembled, inspected, and packaged in the U. S. A. from foreign components.
Cons
  • The device is too heavy to use for extended periods

Quality. Portable. Accurate

The case is a great holder, nice quality. The cuff itself is everything you would expect. It velcro's fine, the pressure gauge works fine, the pump works fine. It seems to be fairly accurate in determining the blood pressure (coming from a medical student). I would recommend.

Pros
  • Excelente producto
Cons
  • Good tool for meds students

Perfect for medical school use

As a medical student, this unit is inexpensive and does the job perfectly. The only gripe I have is that the clip-on gauge flops around often, so it is hard to read most of the time. I usually just have it unclipped and get the patient hold it for me instead. But overall still very happy with it

Pros
  • Lightweight bulb for ease of operation
Cons
  • The device may not be covered by insurance

Love the name tag in my review

Works like a charm. I've had it for 2 years now and its still as good as new.I like that it has a white tag to write your name on it, since I've lost so many other BP cuffs. Now everyone knows this one belongs to me.

Pros
  • Placement of gauge is a bit uncomfortable but a great product nonetheless.
Cons
  • The sphygmomanometer is difficult to read

Working great good for me

We've had it for a month, and no issues for the student using it for class and practicing on all of us; it's working well. As an RN, I am pleased with it; Calibration spot on. The 20 yr warranty on the calibration was the main selling point for me. (I contacted company; you mail it to them, they return it, paying the return shipping. Wish I could remember the expected turn around, but it was just a few days. Also 3yr warranty on the cuff itself.); nice not to have to consider this piece of…

Pros
  • Accurate readings even with obese patients
Cons
  • The device is not easy to transport

Good device. Durability is my only concern.

Great product, my only concern is that it feels like the air bladder would tear or rip after a short while. The carrying case supplied is far to small to store the device without risk of pinching the bladder when folded. It should fit without severe folding or creasing. Though the device fits an adult fine and seems accurate. Durability is my only concern.

Pros
  • Durable construction for long-lasting use
Cons
  • The device requires frequent battery replacement

Using it for medical school

I just wanted to pick up an inexpensive cuff to use for a simple physical exam class and practical exams. I was unsure what I'd get, but my expectations were exceeded.I just threw it on my arm and took my only blood-pressure and everything seems good to go. Pumps up very quickly. Cuff is perfect size to occlude the artery, but leave enough space to still fit the diaphragm of the scope on the arm without having to wrestle with it too much.I spent the previous week borrowing my classmates $80…

Pros
  • Professional Medical Supplies
Cons
  • The cuff is not machine-washable

It does what it's supposed to do!

I hate electronic blood pressure monitors, they never give you accurate readings even for the more pricey ones. My husband and I are doctors and we need to have a device like that at our home for family uses. So I searched for Sphygmomanometer devices and picked this one for its good reviews and it actually didn't disappoint. why pay more for same quality devices!

Pros
  • Sphygmomanometers
Cons
  • The device is too expensive for its quality

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product for the price.

This item has given good performance, especially considering the price. I am a professional first responder and use this in my first out bag, and would recommend it to anyone for the same purpose.

Pros
  • Adcuff nylon cuff with ADC’s proprietary Size Guide marking system, prevents miscuffing.
Cons
  • The device requires regular maintenance

No problems so far - my new review

Works fine. Can't say that it seems significantly different than less expensive versions I've bought before. I guess the determining factor will be how long it lasts.

Pros
  • No batteries or electricity required for operation
Cons
  • The device is not suitable for individuals with a history of stroke

Great cuff! - my new review

I purchased this for nursing school and even though most of the hospitals use automatic cuffs. It's great to have because many family members and friends have asked to take their blood pressure. Cuff works great, is comfortable and the gauge is easy to read. It comes with a pouch which fits perfectly in my nursepak case.

Pros
  • Three-year warranty for peace of mind
Cons
  • The device may cause discomfort or pain when the cuff inflates

This is a dangerous product

A few month ago, I tried several automaic blood pressure monitors to replace my old Omron, but found fault in all of them. So I settle on an old-fashioned sphingomonometer. I noticed from the beginning that this equipment was more sensitie than the other monitors and registered higher number than I had expected. During the past months, my blood pressure steadily climbed despite increasing the dosage of medication. It was very disturbing. One day I was in the drug store to pick up more medicine…

Pros
  • High visibility dial for easy reading
Cons
  • The device may not work properly if the valve is not properly closed

Great tool for a great price

Great tool for a great price. At first the air wouldn't contain. but after a couple runs. it works! The gauge is a bit tighter than I like though.

Pros
  • Long lifetime, low maintenance product
Cons
  • The cuff is not suitable for individuals with thin or fragile skin
