No surprises for 3D Printer Extruder

You get what it says on the box, a set of nozzles in different widths. If I had to complain I would say you have TOO many 0.4 lures, I don't think I will ever use them all. Maybe getting 6x more of this and 3x more of each other would be better. Anyway, I'm satisfied. It's great to be able to experiment with different nozzle sizes, I really like the results of 0.6mm with a layer height of 0.2mm. Some really clean finishes with no ironing. And who knows, maybe in the future I'll use more exotic…

My under extrusion problems have been solved

All 30 nozzles were as close to 0.4 as I could confirm (using a cleaning needle measured to 0.39 with a micrometer). They are much closer to OEM nozzles as they have a bulkier piece of brass on the end of the nozzle making them much easier to grip with a wrench. The pictures show the AJSPOW injectors on the left and my first exchange kit from another seller on the right. My first replacement set was too small, I had to try to drill them out with a needle that didn't work very well. The finish…

Not bad but a little deceiving

The product photo shows both the attachments and tube with cleaning tools which seemed like a nice bonus. But all I got were jets. Upon closer inspection, the product description does not state that cleaning products are included, so these should not be reflected in the product photo - this is a misleading advertisement in my book. :-( I examined the nozzle hole under a microscope and as you can see in the photo there is a small "flare" at the edge of the hole, probably caused by machining the…
