I needed a compact ladder that could reach the eaves of our two story home. It meets all requirements. It is made of aluminum and is very comfortable to use. You have to make sure your fingers aren't in the wrong place when you pull it back. The only downside is that it flexes for me when fully extended. Ultimately, it's very durable, but the flex is confusing for someone who doesn't like standing on stairs. The weight limit is 250 pounds and I'm 230, so I'm getting a little closer.

I have used this ladder for inspections and I love it! I like the compactness and the ability to easily transport it in an SUV rather than on a ladder hanging from the bed of a pickup truck. Only used the ladder for one day. I took every precaution and checked all the locks on the steps. I weigh 140 pounds and when fully extended the ladder moves a lot and doesn't feel solid.
