Does what it should

I bought 2 of these for some bathroom windows which needed some uncomplicated curtains for privacy. One end pulls off so you can slide the curtains off easier, but I only knew that because one of the rods had the end already removed, I wasn't sure at first glance if the rod was broken. The 2nd rod had a white adapter piece sliding around on the rod which was supposed to be inserted into the joint of the 2 widths which I thought would render it unusable, but it worked fine.I felt like I had to…

Pros
  • Master bathroom, did not want glass door on newly remodeled shower. Fits perfect easy to install.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in rooms with bay windows

Considering the price - it's fine

We just recently did a bathroom remodel that required a custom Shower door which takes a few weeks to fabricate. I bought this so we can still use our shower, until the door gets here. Since for us, this will be a throw-away - I bought an Revain Warehouse (Revain returns) one to save a few dollars. Ours arrived in barely distinguishable from new condition. Take some time to make sure it is level and positioned correctly when you install it. I had the rod fall a few times, but once I got it…

Pros
  • It’s a reliable product for what it is, I would buy again for other easy installs :)
Cons
  • May be difficult to install

I ordered about 1 year ago and it is already rusting

I ordered this shower curtain rod about 1 year ago. It's nice looking and easy to install. It occassionally falls down and is already rusting. I would never purchase another one and am already replacing it.

Pros
  • It works!
Cons
  • May need to be readjusted frequently

Seems sturdy on my review.

I ended up using this rod for a completely different purpose. I had planned on using it to hang some curtains as a back drop in a small bedroom, however, I am using it as a rod on our back porch so our grandkids have a place to hang their swimsuits and beach towels when they are done swimming.

Pros
  • I was happy with this purchase. It was easy to install and held my curtains with no problem.
Cons
  • May leave marks on painted walls

Ooooh, that's tight! And the packing is sloppy

So I bought an "adjustable" curtain rod, 78" - 108" (along with the curtains, but that's another story).**First of all, the box was broken and opened on on one end - delivered that way - and I thought that the rod would be broken too, but it wasn't.**Secondly, not packed very well. The plastic covering was falling off, no tape or anything to keep it protecting the rod. There were supports inside the long rectangular box, and one end was firmly in the box support (which is probably what kept it…

Pros
  • I use this as a laundry rod/drying rack and it works well.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in historic homes

Very useful - my new review

I only live in apartment where screwing and nailing is not allowed and i need curtain so i can sleep well since I’m working graveyard shift so this product is the answer

Pros
  • Great Sturdiness
Cons
  • May not be sturdy enough to withstand strong winds

Great tension rod on my review.

This rod is sturdy where others are not. I had an odd size to span with cafe curtains and needed an 80" span. This rod was by far better than the other two I purchased. The rod is sturdier, easier to use and I have no worries that it will do the job!

Pros
  • Shower Curtain Rods
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in homes with older adults

Very good for the price

Very sturdy. I use to hang lightweight curtains but sometimes I hang clothes to dry on it and it stays up very well. Very impressed, definitely worth it.

Pros
  • Durable, lightweight metal construction
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in homes with disabled individuals

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Definitely worth every penny.

This is so what I needed, couldn't hang a regular rod due to wall so this tension rod runs the entire length of my wall, end to end and the brackets I purchased to hold it up was the icing on the cake. Love it, would definitely buy it again & again.

Pros
  • Been having it for over a year and holds very sturdily! Great quality
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in dorm rooms

Easy to use for my opinion

I wanted to put some curtains up in my loft space. The rod was really easy to set up, I wasn’t sure what I’d think about an Revain brand but so far so good. I’ll update the review if anything changes

Pros
  • Works as expected
Cons
  • Tension mechanism may wear out over time

An excellent choice for an added closet rod

I needed an extra closet rod, so this is what I got. Does just what I need, so now I own *two* of these so that I can hang my anti-skid mat in my shower. As long as you get it adjusted just right it'll stay in place.

Pros
  • Very sturdy and easy to install.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in rooms with pets

Exactly what I was looking for!

I wanted a temporary fix to hang curtains in my bay window so I could decorate it for Christmas but not have to deal with closing the shades at night so people couldn't see in the house. I didn't want to install a permanent curtain rod, just something I could use for the Holiday season. The inside span of the window is about 97" and this rod expanded to what I needed with enough expansion left to hold it tight in the window. The ends have padding so I don't have to worry about any damage to the

Pros
  • Easy to put up and has stayed exactly where I put it unlike other tension rods I have tried
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in children's rooms

Hard to get to stay in place

The product looks nice and feels like the quality of most curtain rods. Installed it above the shower surround on painted drywall. I had to extend it 4-5 inches past the length so I could compress the spring enough to get it to stay up. It seems pretty sturdy at this point.

Pros
  • Chrome finish; easily coordinates with existing bathroom accessories and household decor
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in homes with children

Perfect rod for hallway accent

Absolutely fits my decor perfectly, I used mine as a divider in my hallway, it keeps the cold out and adds that little measure of privacy with guests!

Pros
  • This rod was so easy to install by yourself! I didn’t need a person at the other end!!!
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in rooms with teenagers

Very sturdy. good for me

I've knocked into this thing, hung wet clothes on it (in addition to the weight of the shower curtain, liner, and products in the shower), and it hasn't changed colors or budged. I've been very pleasantly surprised at the quality.

Pros
  • Home & Kitchen
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in homes with pets with a history of destructive behavior

Great For My Purpose

I bought this because I needed a way to get my sun lamp up higher over a plant that I have to keep up and away from my kitty. I knew a tall tension rod would fit the bill but most stores don't carry the extended sizes. This arrived as promised, packed well. Installation is EASY. There's a simple 1,2, 3 instruction pamphlet enclosed and it really is that easy. You extend it by twisting it out about 1.5-2" past the opening where you want it to fit, put one end in then squeeze back the other end…

Pros
  • Good, sturdy rod at a good value. I recommend
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in rooms with toddlers

Holds up well good for me

Purchased in 01-2021 as a curtain rod for a gromet curtain across a 6" closet opening. The rod has held up well with multiple sliding of the curtains. There are no scratches, peeling or flaking of the bronze color. There has been no movement of the rod when opening and closing the curtains.

Pros
  • Just easy to install and looks great!!
Cons
  • May not fit certain window sizes

Curtain Rod good for me

This shower curtain rod is everything it says it is and I like the Nickel color that I ordered. I wish the price was less, I feel like it’s a little over priced for a shower curtain rod. But, I do like the product and it looks good with the rest of my decor in the bathroom.

Pros
  • Item as described. Quality is good. Easy to install.
Cons
  • May not be adjustable enough for certain window sizes

Perfect rod for small shower

The shower is a small space and a curtain rod needs to be adjusted to fit the small space. It fits snug and prevents leakage by snug fitting curtain.

Pros
  • This is a fine curtain rod. I wouldn't purchase again unless I was in a pinch. It is not very sturdy.
Cons
  • May not hold up to frequent use

Nice, inexpensive shower door solution, but rusty after 1 year

I love this shower curtain rod (Nickel finish, 24 to 36 inches) for its appearance, sturdiness, ease of installation, and price. Even in a dry desert climate, however, it developed several little rust spots on the underside after a year of use. I'm replacing it with the identical item, but I do wish it lasted longer and wasn't headed to the landfill.

Pros
  • It's easy to use and pretty sturdy I had curtains and a plant hanging on it. It's holding up well.
Cons
  • May not be able to hold layered curtains
