Overall amazing platform and service

I like that it is able to track my data at all times with ease by adding an API key/secret which gives me full access into everything within their services as well for future use if needed! It can be very confusing when you have no idea what something means but this makes things much easier because now i know exactly how many users are using each feature so its easy enought see where we need more resources before too late!! Nothing really bad about amitie other than maybe some people dont…

  • Very helpful
  • Well organized layout making navigating through site simple enough.
  • The amount information available without needing any special software or applications installed just straight up browser usage only :)
  • Data updates in real time (when new info added) allowing us always keep abreast, even tho there may not actually been alot going happen during our work hours.

Easy and user friendly software made just for customer service

It is very easy to use as it has all our tools that are needed for an effective CSO role. We've been using this product since 2013 but we have seen some new features added recently which was great! There isn't anything I dislike about amitie - if you're looking at getting started with your own CRM system then definitely give them a try out!! They helped us get organized by creating tickets/emails etc from one central spot so now everything can be done without going into multiple places like…
