I chose it for a work laptop and really liked the portrait mode for reading and viewing documents. In portrait mode, however, the viewing angle is a bit narrow - if your eyes aren't aligned properly, darker areas will overlap or the backlight will play with your eyes and can be quite difficult to read at times. It's worth it though because I stop blinking and spend half the day wondering if it's 6, 8, 9 or am I just going completely blind.

Was plug and play on macOS. I had to manually select 1080p as it was automatically a very low resolution. The color was also very warm and saturated by default, and I chose a different preset that was more natural. It's nice that it's metal and sturdy, and I like that it's smaller than most 15-inch monitors you see. I tried the Viewsonic 15.6" it's so plasticky and I need something durable for traveling abroad.

The screen quality isn't the best, but it's fine for work, web browsing, and watching videos that you don't need high resolution for and aren't too picky about. This screen works as expected. The brightness is a bit more than I like and I turned it down as much as possible, but other than that it works as expected. I use this for my M1 Mac and it works without any setup. Just plug in and get started. No software or drivers required. It can dim, use night mode (less blue light), adjust refresh rate, and so on. It's super light. The stand is also a lid which is very convenient and works well.

This screen exceeded my expectations. I've been using it for over a month and I'm very happy with it. Definitely but then again as it's very handy and I love that I have a 15 inch screen in my backpack and it works great with my MacBook Pro. An excellent product that will help you maximize your productivity anywhere. It's easy to use extended displays on your computer by installing Asus drivers. I bought this to replace another monitor that stopped working after 4 months. This is super slim, easy to power/connect with a cable. Light as a binder. I had to download a utility to get the auto rotate to work and also disable auto dimming. The default brightness is 50%, so it appears dim at first.
