Great quality helps relieve pain

I bought this because of tendinitis in my hand which has been going on for a few weeks now and is very annoying. It seems to relieve some of the pain. However, don't expect miracles. I like the clean style, plain black color, no logo or lettering. The value is excellent.

Great quality and functionality

I recently started lifting weights after a long break. A few weeks later I started having pain in my forearm. Constant pressure on this area during exercise brought great relief. With this product, you get different sizes of straps, as well as two complete sets of compression inserts, so you can alternate them while releasing an air.

Good product for the price

My husband suffered from 'artist's arm' after spending the summer painting the patio. The pain prevented him from working, so we decided to give it a try. It's a lot cheaper than what I could buy in stores and I bought two for the price I would pay for one. Now we have one for him when he works outside and gets dirty and one for housework. Really helped with his pain.

Works great not expensive

I like that it just works like it's more expensive but not expensive. It prevents the elbow tendon from rolling when the arm muscles are used, so as not to irritate the tendon. Of course, it takes time to heal, but you will see a noticeable improvement on the first day of use. I keep one at work and one at home, take them off for a few hours when I go home for the day, then put them on when I go to bed and take them off when I wake up. After a little work, I put on another one and wear it…

Great price, great fit, no logo!

Of the three different brands of tendonitis bands I've tried, these are my favorites. They all worked pretty much the same, but these 1st ones don't have a nonsensical logo (other than Nike or maybe adidas, who wants to wear a logo?!) and 2nd ones are adjustable in size but have a narrower range than the others. I tried. They are not suitable for large hands, they vary from small to large but not much above average. This reduces the volume that is not required. 3. The price was right and they…

Great for Achilles tendonitis (I have skinny legs)

I spent the summer with my 20 pound baby in the Ergo in Manhattan wearing Birkenstocks. I called it my pseudo punching bag. Unfortunately, after 30 days, I developed worse Achilles tendinitis in both legs. I've been to physical therapy, threw away the Birks, stopped carrying my baby long distances, bought arch inserts and just wear sneakers most days. I also have these inflamed bumps on the back of my ankles, my physical therapist said it was permanent tendon damage (scar tissue). I also have…

No pain after 3 years of agony!

After 3 years of battling tennis elbow, I finally found braces that relieve pain and are comfortable to wear. The braces my doctor gave me never stayed in place unless you tightened them so much that they made my pain worse. I'm sweating profusely and the tennis elbow wrap the doctors gave me just slipped down my forearms. AVIDDA tennis elbow wraps are comfortable, stop pain and stay in place no matter what I do. Now I can use my 40 volt chainsaw all day without pain. I originally ordered four…

Good basic quick fix

No frills, but good value for money. It didn't come with directions, but a quick google search will help you figure out how to find the right place for you. The fabric is soft and comfortable. I wear it when I do CrossFit and forget I'm wearing it. I let it air out after a workout and it dries quickly. I've worn it a few times and it doesn't seem to have any smell yet. It comes with 2 which is great. Since I only needed one, I can now keep one in my gym bag and another at home, just in case. I…

Working on Elbow Tendonitis

After battling a tendonitis in my upper forearm near my elbow for months, I decided to try something else before going to the doctor. The tendinitis was so bad that I woke up in the middle of the night with a throbbing. Also, I started to have problems with capturing. It would be painful to grab and carry something. First, I wanted to get a compression sleeve for my elbow. After further research I came to the conclusion that it probably wouldn't work and many have complained that the sleeves…
