It is named "Bi-Metal Heatbreak" It has two components with different thermal conductivity. It is composed of 2 parts. We use a special process to hold them firmly together. You don't need to worry about it being damaged. This Heatbtreak is made from two components, Copper and Titanium TC4. Titanium TC4 reduces heat upward conduction at the heating position, and copper for heat dissipation to accelerate heat conduction. The inner wall of the titanium is very smooth so that the filament can pass through and reduce clogging. The total length is 27.5mm, suitable for Creality 3D Printer Upgrade CR10 S4 S5 Ender 3 V2 Ender3 pro Ender 5 CS3 Hotend.

Well packaged and perfectly aligned

Looks great unpacked. The thermal break has been wrapped and enclosed in a hard plastic sleeve to avoid damage. I'll update my review accordingly once it's pinned and the thread is flowing. The only thing that worries me is whether there will be a leak when inserting the tube into the body of the copper part.

No problems yet :)

Great for v6. The copper gets past the heatsink, but I don't see any performance impact. Mind came a little bent which sucks, it bends because it ships in a bag and not a box :(. I've been using it for a month and haven't seen any sticking. So far it's working. I recommend adding a thermal insert between copper and heatsink for better heat transfer.Don't worry whether the thermal paste can withstand the temperature, because for the fan, the internal temperature of the heatsink only reaches 60โ€ฆ

Fits perfectly on my Ender 5 Plus Stock Hotend

Despite another bad review I decided to give it a try. The build looks good, no issues installing, and breathed new life into my standard Ender 5 Plus hot end. I definitely recommend it. Update in a month: My printer has never printed so well. I bought it as an intermediate until my Dragon Fly HIC arrived and now I'm afraid to change it because it's been such a workhorse since I installed it. My flow rates were incredibly consistent across all brands of filament and I didn't have to calibrateโ€ฆ
