Leaked Right Out Of The Box!

We ordered this for our van and I did not get a chance to fill it up until 2 days after the return window :(The spigot leaked from the minute I added water so obviously could not fill and leave in our van.I reached out to seller for a fix or replacement but no response. Very disappointed
