🔧 Bosch 1587AVS Jig Saw Base Plate Replacement, Part # 2608000073 Review

Returned for poor workmanship. The part is die cast aluminum and one of the holes where the plastic plate attaches has been plugged. I ordered a second one and had the same problem.

This washer can easily be bent when trying to cut metal that is too hard. Mine bent from my own violence trying to cut the corner iron. Replace yours if it's bent. My old Bosch jigsaw is like new again!

value? I personally think these things are overpriced! That aside this was on the low side of market value which suited me well, it was exactly what I needed and it was delivered quickly. I'm a happy customer!

I dropped the saw off the bench and broke one of the two "legs". This is the perfect replacement part, including a slotted and knurled auger that makes saw alignment 100% accurate and fast for most cuts!
