Universal 15 LED Motorcycle Rear Tail Light Brake Stop 🏍️ Running Tail Light 12V, suitable for ATV and Dirt Bikes (Model A) Review

I'm not sure if that template should be there when the light and brake lines are powered, but I don't think it's a bad thing.

I installed this on a 1986 Honda trx250 Fourtrax and had to make my own bracket to hold it in place. They are very bright and look great.

I order 2 pieces one red and one transparent. The clear one didn't work at all and the red one stopped working after 10 minutes. The soldering inside the light is poorly done and will break as soon as you start driving.

Firstly, that dark smoke is not as clear as advertised. In my opinion it is not bright enough for the street. The fact that I can see the electronics through the cable hole leads me to believe it's not waterproof.

This lantern uses thin wires which makes the connection point to the lantern very weak. It MUST have big wires. Also, a small amount of glue splashing into the wire hole would have prevented the joint from breaking. I don't know why they charge $16 for this! Go American I guess.

I received the red lens version of this tail light. Everything seems fine. I had pretty low expectations from other reviews. The cables appear to be fine. I tied a knot in the wires to keep them from ripping out from behind. I like the difference between a running light and a brake light. I wish it was a little brighter, but it's better than most other lights I've used in this price range. I think this will be fine for most uses.

When I opened the box I was concerned about the cheap material and workmanship of this LED light. Then when I installed it on my bike, one of the cables broke. I had to open the back plastic to re-solder the cable. For the price I think it's ok, but the main problem is that when installed, the rear cable does not have to be routed at a 90° angle, it has to be straight. Overall, I would not recommend this LED.

Mounted on ATV for running and brake lights. Works well enough for trail use, I wouldn't trust it to save my life while cycling on public roads. The cables are extremely light, too short to reach anything useful, and they come with a connector that no car comes with. Splice connectors or similar should be used instead. The insulation is stiff and I'm afraid it will tear where I had to bend the components. The LEDs are sufficient for a quad, but are too weak for street use in my opinion.
