Bought to replace the fan motor in my parents very old bathroom fan. Brand new engine, just like the original. Actually runs quieter than the original when new. Some may wonder why invest in a new engine? This unit's motor is many times larger than the typical bathroom fan sold in major stores today. We strongly encourage you to do the same if you own this device.

Our 25 year old bath fan sounded like it was about to explode. Replacement units cost over $100, but all it needed was a new fan motor, and that was the answer. Installation took about 20 minutes and was a good amount of time to clean the fan assembly.
