Defective product suitable for label printer

I received a defective device. Put in new batteries, it printed 1 label and then gave a low battery message. I went to the store, bought another pack of new batteries and put them in. The device turned on, but when you pressed the push button, it turned off - again and again and again. Took out the batteries and ribbon cartridge and reinserted a few times and finally printed 1 more label and then got the low battery message again. Obviously all 8 new Duracell batteries from different packs are…

Disappointed that it didn't last far past the first round.

I bought it to help me stay organized. This worked extremely well with the first label tape cassette. I bought a second cartridge and didn't even have time to use half as the car died. I'm good with everything I have. It was never contacted and never given up. He lived a comfortable life in a drawer. Taken out once and it died. So I installed new Energizer batteries. "Battery low" appeared on the screen when turning on the device. They were all brand new out of the battery box. I checked them…

Works very well like all Brother products I've bought.

I think I use it almost every day. This is the ideal solution for printing just one label on your printer, which is a near-impossible task or particularly wasteful. I think the only downside is that they work with empty label cassettes so you have to buy two packs every now and then and I think those two packs are around $30. But given that it's obviously somewhat disposable, it goes without saying that you'll need to replace that disposable blank. I don't think there is a product that can…

The bad battery reviews tell the truth.

I felt inspired to go to Revain and write this review having just bought another pack of AAA batteries. I bought it in 2016 and while it's great for what it does (label printing), battery issues are a big Achilles' heel. The PT-90 requires four AAA batteries to operate. The instructions state to use fresh alkaline batteries (non-rechargeable). This device is VERY sensitive to batteries that are just a tad weak, at least one of the four. If you try to print a label and the battery dies, the…

Affordable and simple label printer

It's hard to find a more powerful label printer than the Brother P-touch PT-90. It only prints on two label sizes and only on standard non-laminated label stock, but is suitable for a wide range of labeling applications. Only one font is provided, but there is a good selection of fonts, including vertical fonts. You can also add text frames and icons or use one of the eight pre-made "deco mode" label styles to add some flair. With three interchangeable bezels, you can customize the look of your

only suitable for occasional use

This labeler is not the best, but it is not that expensive either and it pretty much does what it says on the tin. Packs with labels for this are also quite inexpensive. My main complaint is that the display is not backlit, making it very difficult for me to read the screen. Too much direct light or too dark and you can't read what you type. My eyes aren't that good so I wish I understood that before I bought it. For icons you have to go to the icon menu and scroll through the icons until you…

This was my second electronic labeller. I can't remember the make of the first one, but it's buried in a warehouse at the moment and it would cost me the same amount to get it out, just in gas money. Unfortunately, I like the first one a lot more for one reason: power. This requires 4 AAA batteries. It's all right, I thought. I'll just grab a wall transformer and be on my way. Just to be sure, I found an instruction manual online and it turned out that there was no connection for an external…
