More dissapointed: my feedback

Is my third complaint of this product, the first one was to say that it came with one sheet (no clear) for the installation, the second one was to tell you I found a leakage.This third one, I tried to fix the problem, trying to ensure the hoses are tighten correctly, is the next.After installing and tighten slightly the hoses, a leakage continued in a small cube wherehoses are connected, it seems a crack.I'll return it to amazon and will look for another type and a different…

Brushed gold, and beautiful

I was looking all over for a brushed gold "look” for my kitchen. Everything on the internet was ridiculously pricey. $500+ and some closer to $700. I was also looking for a certain color of gold. I saw this and it appeared to be perfect. When I received it I was very pleased with the appearance and the color. My handyman replaces the old one and installed this. I ran into 2 issues. I love the look of the faucet

I have enjoyed the sprayer and the look as I love gold and it is very attractive. I had an issue after almost a year and the faucet broke. I called Best Buy and they sent a NEW faucet at no cost and I sent the one I purchased back. I thought they were very fair and appreciated the courtesy of the man I talk to and he was very nice and sent a return code to send it one back. I will do business with them again because they take care of their customer.

No instructions - my new review

I can only state the major issue that keeps me from giving a great review.this product arrived WITHOUT instructions. I eventually figured out most of the pieces, but it could have been installed super quickly with instructions. Instead I had to search for similar products. Nothing exists on google or YouTub for this item. Its lovely and perfect and I'm happy I have it. Would have been monumentally happier with instructions.

Installation instructions are not detailed enough not clear. Also upset price went down so much from when I brought. I love look but hard to figure out installation hope it lasts

Sweet and stylish: my feedback

Not as heavy as I expected. Be careful that you have a plumber that can work with foreign threading on the fixture as it is different to a delta or the like

I should have read the reviews

PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. Unfortunately, I did not. The fittings do not match anything I can purchase at Home Depot or Lowe’s to connect to supply lines. The sprayer nozzle is hard to pull out and then impossible to put back in. Sadly a great price, but it’s being returned.

quality and easy installation

Love this faucet! Great brushed gold color and works great! If installed properly the spray springs back into place easily. Great value for the money. I also ordered a soap dispenser to match. Also perfect and a great value. Good quality items.

Beautiful color and style.

The faucet is gorgeous and perfect for my sink. I have had many compliments on it too. The plumber took awhile to install it but did a good job on that.

Buy this instead of a faucet 200 plus dollars

Exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful but hose hangs low from head. needs magnet or something. Easy to install . quality is good- a substantial faucet, amazing value.
