Helps me fall asleep without morning drowsiness

I work in a cemetery and have children so my sleep schedule can be short. strange. I have a reasonably normal schedule, I can be interrupted and I don't sleep at the same time or even at the same time every day. Sometimes it can be difficult to fall asleep when I need to. I've heard that taking 5 HTP might help, but check it out. Is it expensive. This is actually what prompted me to find this supplier and purchase other products from them. The prices per ounce are phenomenal if you don't mindโ€ฆ

Calming and focusing, but start small

I tried another brand of 'advice' from a book on brain health at a very stressful time in my life. I felt more focused and euphoric. too euphoric and wrong. I only took 1 tablet (I think it was 100mg tablets) and the "dose" said two. I tried again until I realized that 1/4 tablet was close to the dose but still too high for me (it was ok if it was every other day or every third day). Then I found a brand that only had 10mg but I think it might actually be a little less and they are expensiveโ€ฆ

Helps relieve depression

I got off antidepressants by taking 5-HTP and L-Tyrosine in a 1:10 ratio as recommended by my naturopath. It was really amazing because when I tried to lower my dose of antidepressants without supplements I went from feeling good to having one of the worst depressions I have ever experienced and I have battled depression for most of my life. After adding 5-HTP and tyrosine, I was able to lower my antidepressant dosage with minimal side effects. 5-HTP helps the body produce serotonin andโ€ฆ
