Calphalon does not honor its warranty.

One of the pans started peeling from the outside and I tried working with Calphalon to get another to get. I spoke to them and twice emailed the requested information (photos and forms) (their request) and twice my email came back deleted and unread! The second time they said they would speed it up and fix it right away since it was the second time. Needless to say it wasn't as I just got a notification that it was deleted and not read like the first time. That's a lot of money for something…

exfoliation and disappointment.

I've been using them since my kitchen remodel in August 2019. I chose them for their compact design but the reason they are dishwasher safe. The tops of the pots and pans immediately began chipping, as can be seen in the second photo. Well, as long as it doesn't keep peeling, right? Not correct. 8 months of light use (very neat housekeeping) and you can see where the outer coating is peeling off onto the bottom layer. Expensive and doesn't last long

This is by far the most expensive cookware I've ever bought (probably three times as much) but I wanted a set of these that I could use for a decade. So far they have held up very well. I bought these on purpose because unlike many other nonstick cookware sets on the market they are dishwasher safe. Although they are dishwasher safe, you can simply wipe them clean once they have cooled. The heat distribution also looks excellent. My only complaints are (in order of disappointment): 1) the price

Convenience meets inconvenience

These pots/pans are of excellent quality. Material and workmanship are top. I have owned it for 6 months. I have always loved to cook and ended up buying this 15 piece set as a 25th birthday gift. I thought this was the last set we bought; and they probably will. They feel like they'll last forever. They heat up evenly and the quality of the non-stick coating is excellent. However.
