My daughter has a new puppy and the puppy peed in her room during potty training. We tried renting shampoo and it didn't remove the stain. Tried cleaning with dog cleaner a couple of times, this is the only thing that got rid of the stain and urine smell. Must buy for pet owners

This thing is amazing! I had new carpet in my bedroom and my dog had an accident on it within a few weeks of installing it. I tried everything to get the urine smell out but nothing worked. The smell got worse with every product I tried except Capture. There is no more urine or dog smell in my bedroom. I applied Premist and then powder and left it on for 4 hours. The smell is COMPLETELY gone! I will never use anything else.

I just used it today to remove some stains left by my dog. I pre-cleaned one spot, although not very well. The combination of primer and powder worked very well. The stain has completely disappeared. I had another stain, old but never cleaned. I had to go through this process twice, but this combination got the nasty yellow vomit out of the carpet. Like new!
