Fence Alignment Made Easy with the CARTER F-A-S-T Tool Review

The set advertised has a real pocket for the entire blade. Unfortunately the ones I received only have a 2mm groove for the bandsaw blade teeth. It's not the one in the photo here or on YouTube. The lack of space for the blade makes it impossible for me. The tool must have room for the blade and teeth as shown in the picture.

Pretty disappointing. $60 for the set, and within 48 hours of sticking it up, the saw found one on the floor because of the magnet separating from the aluminum rail. wait and see if the seller or Carter does anything to fix the problem. *UPDATEJunk, do not order. overpriced rubbish. the second is defective. Carter emailed me and then went into a ghost when I told them I hadn't ordered directly from them.

I have two other sets of dipsticks and this is by far the most versatile of the bunch. Its 6" length is perfect for wrapping around the hole in the router table when setting the depth of cut with the router bit (others have literally let me down), and its length also creates a more accurate reference point for your setup. On a bandsaw the rear tooth cutout is ideal for use with a magnet and the length is also ideal for use on a table saw when the teeth are projecting onto a fence.

Works very well with the Kreg Magnetic Fence so my review takes that into account. Just give me that you have to adapt to the bit. Google it online and watch @Carter's product video to see how to use it, it really is that simple. Again if you also have a fence. I buy good blades and with them I can adjust the kerf from 1/8" to 3/16" to properly cut the veneer.
