Difficult to Install Casement Operator

Using this product, our team found that installation was frustrating and time-consuming .The only positive aspect was that it did eventually function correctly. The negative outweighed the positive in this case, causing unnecessary frustration..

Pros
  • Offers versatility with both dual arm and single arm options.
Cons
  • Some customers may find it difficult to install without prior experience or knowledge.

Terrible Quality, Waste of Money

Tools and Home Improvement buyers beware this product is a complete waste of money .After I put it to the test, the mechanism failed to open and close the window. It was poorly designed and made with cheap materials. The only pro was that it was easy to install. Unfortunately, that didn't make up for the cons of it not working properly and being a complete waste of money. SAVE yourself the headache and buy a higher quality option instead..

Pros
  • Smooth and efficient operation
Cons
  • May require professional installation for optimal performance

Pros
  • For use with Truth Hardware sash actuators
Cons
  • Very expensive
