The best thing about chat2desk is that it has many features to help you in your work. It also has an excellent customer support team who are always there to assist you when you need them. I don't like the fact that sometimes it can be hard to find someone who knows how to use the software. It's not very user friendly and some people have trouble using it.

I like that you can chat with customers who are not online or in your office at any given time to ask questions about products or services offered by my business - it's very helpful! It also helps keep track of how many times people have viewed our website / product pages which allows us to see what we need improve upon going forward (website design). For me personally, this was an awesome tool when starting out because there were no costs associated with using it other than paying $5 per month

This is one useful way for businesses such ours without physical locations but still wanting access 24hrs 7 days week via phone call in etc.,to engage directly face 2face instead over email exchanges only.and even better yet..this service offers free trial period before committing full payment upfront unlike some similar platforms offering paid trials..so far good experience overall especially since its FREE!! :)
