Easy to set up and use. Great size and quality, albeit pricey. I use it with Square Register on iPad Air and Mini. It works great every time, but it can only connect to one device at a time. Connection time is pretty fast when enabled, and barcode reading time is excellent. It's the only Bluetooth barcode scanner approved for iOS, but it's still a quality product.

I bought this unit to use with the TNT fireworks display my son's Boy Scout troop was launching for the 4th July 2017 holiday season. The scanner has worked flawlessly during the 10 day sale period and I will be using it for the upcoming 2018 sale period. This was used with the Square app on the iPad Air 2 so it could search for different fireworks instead of searching by price like we did for the 2016 sales season.

. It's nice that this scanner is small and compact. It also has good uses outside of the iPad. However, we've been using the device for less than 6 months and the scanner button keeps getting stuck and no longer connecting properly to the app. We use a device with Shopify POS. These scanner models are the only ones that work with the Shopify POS app. I am disappointed in the quality of the device for the price.

We have been using this scanner with our Retail iPad Square for over a year. Scans well. I've never had range problems. Annoyingly, it turns off when not used for a while and the cashier has to turn it back on to help the customer. My biggest complaint is that it's not very durable. It has been dropped by our staff several times and the case is breaking and now it is so badly damaged from accidental drops that I have to order a new one.

I bought this to use with our Square POS system on the iPad. On the point of sale screen we can scan the UPC code and add the item to the order which is great. A normal scanner cannot do this. BUT - it also doesn't scan into the text field. However, a typical scanner requires 2 scanners at the checkout. We have employees who make a purchase and deduct it from their next paycheck. At Square, we mark "Other" as the payment type, but then want to scan the ID number in the "Optional Note" field…
