4K 60Hz does not work! - External Components

I upgraded my monitors to 4K and bought this switch. It has been found that only flashing or black screens appear when the resolution is set to 60Hz. I've tried multiple cables in different configurations with no success. I ran cables straight from the PC to the monitors and 60Hz works fine. After contacting Revain, their response was to simply issue a return and refund instead of replacing the Switch, as they believe all of these devices could have the same issue. Random crashes - very annoying

Overall, very nice KVM switch that allows me to use two PCs with one monitor that only has one DisplayPort input and switch active mouse and keyboard at the same time , a few times a day this KVM switch randomly auto-switches from input 2 to input 1, which interrupts my work and causes all my windows to resize and switch to a different monitor. Nothing touching or near the switch when it does. What's even more annoying is that Outlook doesn't handle this resolution switch at all and completely…
