Bought for the visually impaired. I am returning this item as the phone does not have shortcodes stored. If the memory disk worked, the memory button is too small to be easily found by a visually impaired person. The sound is hoarse and not clear. This is a shame as the visibility and ease of dialing is great. Please make a better version of this phone even if it costs more because something similar is needed.

This is the third phone I have ordered for my mother in law who is in a nursing home. Your phone is your lifeline to the outside world. I program it with my tight #s. It's surprisingly easy for her to use even though she's nearly blind. The only reason I ordered 3 of these is because she still loves to draw and her first phone was covered in paint and glitter on all the buttons and some of them were starting to stick. Phones are not to blame. Now she uses the second and third on me just in case
