The worst thing about these devices is that they disappear. I had ordered at least six at the time of writing and had nothing to show for anything before this final order of two arrived! Anyway, this item is a simple, classic sliding razor blade holder, and its simplicity, strength, and reliability make it the best compact tool I've come across for the job.

Extremely difficult to insert the blade into the handle making it dangerous. I ended up using pliers to hold the blade so I didn't cut myself banging the side of the blade on the kitchen counter to insert it into the handle. I have been using scrapers like this for many years and have never had this problem. I cannot recommend this scraper.

A cheap product but reasonably priced and able to get the job done. It's very easy and simple. Locked in open position. Spare blades included. Ideal for removing paint from glass. Possibility for easy scraping. If you have serious cleaning jobs, maybe buy something more permanent. It's what you put in your tool bag and it doesn't take up much space for casual use.

It did a good job cleaning my windows but I have to give it one star because preparing the scraper with the blade seemed unnecessarily complicated. The mechanism for inserting razor blades is almost closed and often jams. As other reviews have noted, the blade tends to get stuck in the retraction ribs, causing the blade to stick out when inserted. My return had already expired so I had to make it work.
