The filter was installed 15 days ago. In the beginning it was leaking from the middle filter near the manufacturing joint. I called customer care but they asked me to send pictures or return the product, which was NOT helpful because i already paid to plumber $400 for installation. So i discussed to one of my friend and he suggested me a silicon tube from homedepot. I applied it a little bit and dried it for a day. There is NO leak now but - Customer care never helped.

Great customer support I had Sean also talked with John I had a problem with the outlet side of the filter they are sending me a new unit they stand behind their product I would definitely advise anyone installing one of these to put a bypass loop in it definitely is working for me now I don’t have to shut my house done again to do the swap out

product did come in damange from shipping after instalation detected a small leak,called customer service and Nick was all over it sent part that needed replaced and alls well, pleased with product and especially with Nick in service

These filters from iSpring Water Systems are amazing. We had a lot of chlorine in the water prior and after install we don’t smell the chlorine at all. Your skin and hair feels better after showers! Great product! Sean from the company was amazing!

I needed a whole house filter but a smaller one than the "big blue" size, this one is perfect, it is well made very easy to install and the replacement filters are not too expensive either. Recommended

Leaks at factory joints replaced with another new one same place leaking where they're screwed together in factory no quality control don't buy find a different brand not worth the money

threaded in housing dont seal. tried to use pipe thread sealant on first try. teflon tape on second try. had to use silicon sealant to get them to seal.

We bought this some.time ago, it was easy enough to install, but. It leaked, a lot! For weeks. Took a lot of trips to the store to find something to fix it with. For the price I paid, I would have liked something that worked properly right away. Also, the filters worked well for about a month, bought the replacement filters, lasted 2 weeks. That's it. Not about to spend over $120 a month on filters. Currently looking for a new filter system

When installing the filter, I used 3/4" to PEX adapters in the input and output ports. I used the customary 3 wraps of Teflon tape. I have it installed with the ability to bypass the system, to change the filter cartridges. When I closed the bypass valve and opened the normal flow valves, it filled with water, and when it came up to full, the input and output started leaking around the threads. It looks like it was assembled and never tested. It cost us an additional hour to take system down, take it apart and putt it back together.

Really happy with my home system. Means everything to have water without the chlorine and other chemicals. Especially taking showers/baths.Makes all the difference!Thanks Nick!

I installed this system last year and my well water taste and appearance improved dramatically. More impressive was the customer service I received while working through my particular installation. Don in customer service was quick to respond and provided great installation guidance. I'm very pleased with iSpring and my system.

This is a great system, for the money. It does a great job here in Africa to remove the sediment and reduce the salt in the water. We still don't drink it, but it works well for washing clothes, dishes and taking a shower.

Can't get either side of input or output to stop leaking used thread tape and tightened unitl it would go any further. Thanks for attention!

Very nice very heavy with it leaks between the cylinders so now have to take it back out and try to figure out why The system may not remove all pesticides from your water.

**2022 UPDATE**The head unit started leaking outside through one of the screws on top. Definitely a crack of some sort. I called support to ask if there was anything I can do to fix it and Nick said they would replace the unit entirely.I was floored at the level of customer service. Very easy to install. Should definitely use brass fittings instead of plastic and pex with crimps worked great. I hate doing plumbing and it was a breeze to install and set up.

We have this rain water Cistern where we put chlorine in water every month to kill the germsThis filter warmed lime magic the water is so goodAnd clean and no smell of chlorine . I've had this for a few years. During that time I've had 0 issues with leaking or hassle. It's amazing to me how dirty the white (1st stage) filter gets during a short period of time. I've spoken with the customer service team once or twice and have been taken care of. This is a company that stands behind their product. Thank you!

This filter is amazing. Wasn't expecting it to work as well as it has but took smell and rust from well water. Would definitely recommend over and over.
