Great Customer Service And Software

I like how the system is easy to use and the customer service is always helpful. They are a software company and they have a lot of different products. The customer service is always helpful. If you have any problems, they are always willing to help you. I don't like how there is not much for the customer to do after the software is installed. It is a great software and I would recommend it to anyone. I am able to use it to communicate with my customers. I am able to talk to them online and see

ClickDesk and our Customer Services Team = Great Communication Tool

I like that it's simple to use, has many features included (such as surveys), is easy for customers/clients who are not tech savvy or don't have access to computers themselves but can still communicate with us via phone etc., allows me flexibility in being able of work from home when needed which saves my time & money! It does take some training at first because you need knowledge about software usage before using this program effectively - however once your up-to date we're very happy users…
