ClickTATE offers such a ease of use for patients and medical staff

I really like how easy it is to use, especially if you are new at using software that helps keep track of patient information such as medications etc.. The system does not always update when changes have taken place in your chart so be sure this can work with what systems/apps they already own or plan too integrate into their existing one! Also sometimes there will pop up an error message saying something along these lines "ClickTATE cannot connect". This happens very rarely though but still…

Pros
  • I like how easy it is to use the program and how much it keeps track of and the information is more organized
Cons
  • Not always updating when changes take place and sometimes error messages pop up and its hard to know exactly what is going on

Great software for EHR-based documentation

It is easy to use, it works well with our practice - we can pull up patients' information very easily! We are able now access their entire patient list from home rather than having them come in every month or so just like before they have had problems accessing that data when at work. I don't dislike anything about clickTATE; everything seems intuitive enough but maybe some more options would be nice (such as adding notes of specific medical procedures). Not much to say here other then great…

Pros
  • It is very easy to use; easy to log in and access patient information; very user friendly and all the functions work very well with our practice's needs and functions
Cons
  • Nothing
  • I don't dislike anything about the software at all; very easy to use

Using MyChart for healthcare professionals

It is convenient to be able to use any computer or mobile device with an internet connection instead of having hard copies in every exam room which I love because it helps me keep track of my patients health information by updating their charts online at anytime from anywhere! Also, this program makes creating progress notes easy since you can type directly into your chart so that there are no mistakes when writing them down later after they have left our office. We do not like how complicated

Pros
  • Patients feel more comfortable knowing where thier info will always live.especially during emergency situations..wherever i am working today!!! All docs should check out what great technology
Cons
  • Some cons

Clicking to admit (CTA) is a simple and easy system to use

I like that it is easy to use, my providers find this system very user friendly with their staff also! It's not too difficult but still fairly simple if you are familiar w/ other systems in general or have used click-to-admit before (which we did). The main thing i dislike about CTA was how complicated they made things by adding so many "extra" features which only confused us more than anything else when trying to figure out what exactly each button meant / does - especially since there were no

Pros
  • Ease accessibility via smart phone apps along side web pages both helpful tools allowing quick access while awayfrom deskside computer terminals
Cons
  • Empty
