Worked great for my use

Used these 2 headlights to clean heavily misted headlights. Started at 600 then 1200 and finished at 3000. Smog 2 wet sands from 3000 just fine. Good deal and the velcro is still intact. Definitely recommend.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Not sure

Missing key fragment.

I'm sad because everything looks great and I want to use it tonight. But there is no part that connects the drill with a round nozzle. I will update the review if they help me and send me a piece. Update: I received a replacement from Revain and had to return the original package myself so I upgraded it to two stars.

Great little grinding/abrasive wheels

The brakes on my dump truck were getting a little weaker so I replaced the magnets but before that I used them (on a drill) to smooth the drum where the magnets ride ( Brake magazines can only appear where the brake pads go, not where the magnets go). It seemed like he did a pretty good job. Trailer brakes definitely work better.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • No power

Low quality. look elsewhere

Very disappointed with this item. While it works great, the durability is just so bad. The Velcro came loose from the foam bumper after only three sandpaper disc changes. After 15 minutes both foam buffers failed. I could try gluing it back, but I'll probably just buy a branded tool (DeWalt or similar). Save time and money and buy a better sharpening set!

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Some nuances

Parts of it were torn in half on first use. Don't waste money.

Velcro, the part that connects the drill holder to the sanding pad broke in half after one use. I removed the sanding pad to replace with another one and the connector came loose with it. Not only did it rip off immediately, the sanding pads themselves were of very poor quality. They lasted no more than 10 seconds before he was completely undressed. I am returning this item and will not be buying anything like this as they are clearly reasonably priced for some reason.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Very expensive

They wear out very quickly.

The pads do their job but the abrasive wears out in seconds, at least the ones I've used on my axe, ax and sledgehammer. I ended up using a couple of 240 grit pieces. After they wore out I could still use pads and sand down the metal for those three tools, but still. lolz. I recommend just buying a special stone or tool attachment for your drill press so the sand lasts a long time. Overall they're ok but just know they won't last very long - more of a disposable item (that's why they give you…

Not worth it for grinding wheels and discs

While the concept is great the result is mediocre. The foam pads are flimsy and the foam's Velcro surface just came off when trying to remove the sandpaper. The entire assembly must be larger in diameter; When attached to a drill (unless the drill is running VERY slowly and is being held perfectly perpendicular to the surface being sanded), the torque of the drill will rotate the base and leave sanding marks on the wood. In principle, it is almost impossible to achieve an ideal result. It may…

Won't attach to drill bit

When I first got it it came with no drill connector, just sandpaper/pad. So I had to reorder it. When I received my replacement I was very disappointed to find that it didn't even work with my regular drill, although I had the distinct impression that it would. Maybe I'm missing something, but the drill bit included here is completely smooth/round and so my drill bit doesn't attach to it and it's functionally useless. The whole point for me was to buy this as a drill so I don't have to buy a…

The best money you'll spend on grinding!

I LOVE IT! Having recently started sharpening wood, I decided to save some of these to get into the hard-to-reach areas of my projects and quickly found that I was almost entirely giving up hand sharpening in favor of this use. it was a bit longer as it would have made it easier to access the bottom of some of my storage chunks. I solved part of this problem by finding a long bolt with the same threads, cutting off the head and filing the first few inches or so of the top to better fit my drill

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
