I AM CASE-FREE I ABSOLUTELY SWEAR ON THIS PRODUCT! I apply it every day but not multiple times a day as it is not needed. It moisturizes your lips enough to last for hours. I have eczema that affects my lips in winter and makes them very dry. After doing some research, I tried various "natural" lip balms, but the ONLY ONE that gave me relief was this one. This is a game changer. Also pleasant taste and smell! I wish I had tried this much sooner.

I don't know why or why this balm is so much better than any other, most of it just irritates my lips instead of soothing. But it makes my chronically chapped lips smooth and comfortable.
