Handles all toward down design avoid collision with cabinets. Use for only cold water or only hot water. Constructed by 1.5mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel tubes; Equipped with solid brass ceramic cartridge; No Leak compliant. Equipped with CWM Aerator provides a steady pressure and straight consistent 3.5 GPM water flow; 100% factory high pressure and low pressure tested. Do NOT buy. Cost us an extra $1,000 to fix after install.

First review I have ever written because you need to know that you really should not purchase this product. We purchased this product for our new kitchen. It was installed professionally by a plumber and within 2 days there was a major leak which ran down our wall into the outlet for the stove out onto the floor in front of the stove. Luckily it did not electrocute anyone in our home but it did cost us over $1,000 to clean up which included, an emergency plumber visit, additional plumber visit…

Excellent value on my review.

Rock solid unit. I don’t know what else you could need? I bought a different one before that I could not get installed because of the threads. This one saved the day. Super easy install and good quality unit.

Broken in less than 4 months after installation

I hate to post this review. It looks great but just last a year and broke on the main connection. Now I hope to see if the 5 years warranty is real or just another sale spill. Will keep you posted.

Worth every penny! Impressive performance!

Purchased this several weeks ago and it works perfectly! I was a little weary of how it would perform due to how inexpensive it is but I've been pleasantly surprised! I almost purchased one four times as expensive as this one and am SO HAPPY I didn't! Looks super modern in my new kitchen!

Where is the Flange?

We are just beginning to install the pot filler. Looks great, feels solid but the flange is missing ? Can you ship me a flange or give me a number to contact you? It looks horrible without it

It works just fine with one caveat

Build is impressive for what you payed. $99 when most pot fillers are $500+ sign me up! However you need to know this, the set screws provided suck - yeah, they suck, like really bad. Imagine asking something to hold back water pressure and giving it a 1/16th of an inch to cling to (spoiler alert - it can't) The upper arm actually fell off 2x with water spraying everywhere. After a trip to the hardware store and purchasinga longer 5mm bolt and a couple washers and 1 lock washer it performs much

Need to contact the seller

Need to speak to the seller, I was renovating my kitchen and just installed this pot filler and the lock off and on valve not working. Unable to put a review until I get an answer of how to get a new valve for this pot filler.

Great Potfiller! Somewhat tedious install.

Great potfiller-esp for the money. Thought Id review with pics after looking at all the other reviews with pics of finished installs.Seems very solid. Functional. The water could aerate better. But its fine as is.I pulled apart and added more silicone lube to the o-rings in the articulating arms. Seems like o-ring replacement would be pretty simple should a leak develop there.Install was slightly tedious. First thing to do is toss the ss bracket screws that came with the potfiller. Pure crap…

Nice value. Works perfectly.

Works well. Had to tighten set screw during install to stop a tiny leak at the joint. But I think it's part of the design to access the joint for lubrication. Minus 1 star because of lack of directions on the set screws.
