They fit well in freezer containers

I use these freezer containers. So far I haven't had any problems with them. They are easy to fold and easy to clean. I spray them with nonstick spray and wash the lids in the top rack of the dishwasher. I would buy again.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Outstanding Storage Containers

I had this before. I'm just adding to my inventory. I use them to store everything in my fridge. They're just the right size for leftovers and pretty much everything else I need. I use a round Pyrex bowl with the same lids for sauces and very small dishes. Pyrex is my choice for storage containers. You have never let me down.

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • Dear

Great for storing and warming up!

These containers are perfect for keeping in the fridge. Lids are tight. However, I don't know how well they seal in transit, especially when upside down. I find them perfect for cooking and maintaining a single meal of meat, starches and veggies. You can reheat in the oven or in the microwave, but reheat without a lid! Sad personal experience about this.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • So far, so good

Perfect for raw food for my dogs and cats

These are perfect for raw meat dishes that I prepare ahead of time my dogs and cats. They allow the mixture to freeze quickly and stack efficiently in the freezer. If necessary, they defrost quickly and evenly. I get frozen ground beef/bones/organs and chicken/bones/organs from Hare Today Farms. I also get extra shredded organs to ensure complete nutrition. They come in frozen rolls. I thaw them, then mix the extra offal into the meat using a large stainless steel bowl. I use 5# beef per 1#…

  • Includes: (4) 7211 6-Cup Rectangular Pyrex Bowls and (4) 7211-PC Red Plastic 6-Cup Lids
Cons
  • Annoying

Ideal for frozen meals

TLDR: Pyrex is my go-to choice for microwave, dishwasher, and ovenware (glass, not lids) to store leftovers or baked goods. I had no problems with a cracked lid or dishes. I bought Pyrex and Anchor products nine years ago and most of the Anchor caps are cracked, none of the Pyrex caps are cracked so I might be lucky but I only buy Pyrex now. __________ I use them to freeze food for cooking. I also bought four packs for my brother as a housewarming gift when he moved in and gave them frozen food

Pros
  • Genuine Pyrex; Made in the USA Lids and Jars
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

Glass is superior to plastic in many ways for many reasons.

I love pyrex storage containers. Glass is superior to plastic in many ways for many reasons. Oven, microwave, fridge, freezer. Of course, do not heat the lid. Don't even put it in the dishwasher as it will loosen the fit. I have all three basic sizes in rectangular and round shape. The rectangular ones are great because they fit so well in the fridge, the straight edges of the container to the straight edges of the fridge. And they go together wonderfully. I often set them up in twos or threes.

Pros
  • Durable high quality tempered glass; BPA free lid
Cons
  • No instructions included
