Came in a very small box. picture attached. Easy to take apart and put on the bed. The material is very natural and feels comfortable. The topper is perfect for queen size beds. It is not made from cheap materials. The topper comes with a removable and washable cover.

The topper does exactly what it promises. It's thick enough for a tall girl like me to comfortably sleep on all night. I personally wish it was a little cooler than it is now because I sleep unusually hot, but it's still way cooler than the old memory foam mattress I replaced. Luckily it didn't smell when I unpacked it. All in all I would buy it again.

I was very excited to try out my new old bed with all these extras and I was not disappointed. We live in Houston so cooling is the key feature plus great comfort. A few hours after this topper sat in the guest room and a gentle breeze blew, it was ready to lay down on the bed. I added this gel topper with a cooling pad as well as a bamboo cooling mattress topper. It works well even though my mattress is very high.

Huge upgrade to my mattress. I used to have an old 2 inch memory foam mattress topper and it didn't make the bed comfortable enough. This new mattress topper is great and I love that it comes with a cover while my old one didn't. I would recommend following the directions to let it air out for at least 24 hours. I probably put it on too soon and smelled the pad the first night as I moved across the bed but didn't notice the smell afterwards.

I was skeptical. My husband is hot and I am cold but it can get hot. I have chronic back pain and needed some help getting used to the nighttime routine. It was so comfortable I honestly couldn't believe what the difference was. I highly recommend it - the topper didn't weirdly "drown" me in the top. It kept us both at a comfortable temperature. I bought this mattress topper because it was supposed to be good at relieving pain points in the shoulders and hips. I am very arthritis and this mattress topper does the trick.
