Sockets not going on the impact

It is a verry nice piece of equipment, it will save you alot of time when working in the garage on equipment. Only thing the frustrated me at first was my impact sockets not fitting on the impact. There is a ring on the front of the nob that I had to get a pair of plyers and tighten down and push the sockets on pretty hard before it worked. Its all in the ring.

Overly priced and not that powerful

We always say you get what you paid for. Well, I don't know about this pricey impact wrench. First, it is heavy. OK, I can deal with the weight. Second, the charging light went off after 2 hours of charge. The wrench light kept blinking after I pulled the trigger and nothing happened but it works overnight. You need to wait a few hours before you can use it if you overcharged it. It means it doesn't have overcharge protection. Third, it can only produce max 150 lbs of torque because my van's…

easy to use on my review.

small enough to fit into most spaces and powerful enough to loosen most regular fasteners ! Same price as the big box stores , powerful enough to change tires and other car and around the home ,farm , boat job site fasteners ! Yes I recommend , use and would buy again ! Don't forget this Craftsman has a 3 year warranty too !

Great For Wheel Lugs

I bought this for wheel lugs being tired of dragging an air hose behind me. Rotating wheels on my Ram 1500 is quicker and easier with this. Excellent for trips, for operating the stabilizer jacks on my RV. Makes short work of setup time.

Well Built and Powerful

This is a great product. It is my first impact wrench. I got it because I had several of the other Craftsman V20 tools and had several batteries (Batteries are the most expensive part of the tool). If you get one family of tools with their batteries, it is best to stick with that brand. Each brand all have different batteries that do not interchange, it is more economical to stick with tools in the same family). The unit is sturdy and heavy built.
