- Easy user interface
- Ability search through customer data
- Integrate email marketing campaigns into survey results.
- Surveys can easily customize according client needs (i e multiple choice question types)
Cons
- Some restrictions when creating customized fields / adding options
Pros
- Easy navigation
- Great support team
- Good user experience.
- Very good response times when submitting tickets via email,
- Ease posting articles / content using WordPress platform; ) Excellent community management tools such "Facebook" integration etc.etc..:)
Cons
- Not yet available mobile app
- Lackluster feature set

- Customer support/service
- Easy navigation between different pages within one account.
- Very simple design; doesn´ t take too long before learning what needs doing next once familiarized enough :)
Cons
- More options would be nice such us having more flexibility over layout etc
- Not really sure why exactly
