Vibrant and True Blue!

The color is vibrant and true to what it looks like on the label, so there's no need to worry about surprises or disappointments. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey compared to other brands, but the quality is definitely worth it in the end.I highly recommend this product to any artist looking for a…

Tube may be defective - does not meet Daniel Smith standards

I have purchased 3 tubes of Daniel Smith paints: Burnt Umber, Prussian Blue and Cerulean Blue. I first tried Daniel Smith after using M. Graham, Old Holland, Sennelier and WN watercolors. The first two colors (umber and Prussian blue) are excellent - they wet quickly and well, smooth out and have a pleasing rich hue. However, my Cerulean Blue is very disappointing. poorly wetted; When wet, there are uneven patches of paint, and it is difficult to get it out of the hole even with the best brush.
