I love it. It was so easy to install.

I like it very much. It was so easy to install - almost a direct replacement actually. I assume the old one was a delta too? Still works after 20+ years but I wanted something new and with an extra heater! This unit is very quiet even when the exhaust fan and heater are running. The heater blows our toasty warm air and quite a bit of it! The fan is strong! The heater blows in the opposite direction of the exhaust fan, so plan for this before installing. Ask yourself in which direction it should

The rattling is getting louder BUT I found the source!

UPDATE #2 7/28/19 Fixed chatter! I got so fed up with the rattling that I tried to see if I could remove the fan to diagnose the problem. Luckily I was able to remove the fan from the bottom instead of the attic, which to my surprise and delight wasn't difficult: 3 screws. I turned on the fan after removing it to isolate the noise and it wasn't a fan. Then I looked at the plastic damper covering the duct and thought maybe that was what was causing the rattling. I wasn't expecting anything special but it was poor. Installation was a nightmare. I installed toilets, sinks, faucets, stove top fans, light fixtures, did extensive drywall and painted the house. I'm not new to this kind of stuff. In comparison, this was the worst device I have ever installed. The cabinet features a 1/4" lip designed to be pulled flush with the drywall to ensure the face is snug against the ceiling. For the lip to work, the hole in the ceiling must be very large.
