DEWALT DW4514B5 2 Inch 4 Inch Grinding Power & Hand Tools Review

According to the description, it is for concrete. Actually for steel. It leaves a black area and must be cleared with another disc. Diablo Type 27 for masonry is much faster and cleaner. Although both discs have a black finish, the Diablo cuts very quickly and doesn't leave black marks like the DeWalt.

I use these wheels for grinding and cutting and I take full advantage of them and get the results I want. Equally important: security. I've never broken one of these windows and you can imagine how dangerous that can be. I still use all of my protective gear because safety is important and that's another reason I love these discs. It would be ideal if they lasted forever. However, in terms of value for money, they are excellent.

This is a decent set of 5 grinding wheels. This listing was for "DW4514B5" but what I got was a mix of DW4514B5 and "DW4523" which was odd. The threaded attachment point is different but otherwise looks the same. It was worth mentioning. The finish could be better, but since they're only expendable, it's no big deal. The cuts he makes on these welds from the "welder" are as expected.

I think it was well made. I also liked the price. This one didn't have a threaded inner hole like the old one, but I put it in with the spacer that came with the grinder. I prefer the ones that have threads built into the center hole. I didn't see her when I looked. DeWalt makes great products, everyone knows that. I used to think it was just an ad, but buy other brands and you'll immediately notice the difference in quality.
