Cuts concrete. Makes fine dust.

Wear a good mask that doesn't fog up your glasses. Cuts great. I did 1/4" to 1/2" at a time. Use water to reduce dust and wear a good mask. I made a 2 foot cut in a 2 inch piece of hard concrete. The job was done in about five passes. It was good work. pointed out that it worked great and also produced a lot of dust. Put on a good mask and make the necessary cuts.

Great paving disc - don't push

I bought this disc to cut a bunch of paving stones for a parking lot I'm doing right now. It worked very well. I bought a cheap circular saw with a laser sight (the laser wasn't visible in daylight) and this disc. Cutting without problems. The only recommendation I can give is that when we started cutting, we pushed the blade a bit like it was wood. We've found that it cuts better and softer when you're not pressing hard. Just let the blade gnaw through the pavement and you'll get a nice smooth

Excellent blade, the best of blades

I bought this blade based on the reviews. That works great! I cut out about 25 12" x 12" x 1.5" concrete slabs. I used an old handyman saw and had no problems. It doesn't have variable speed. I'm a pretty fair DIYer. I've never done stone/masonry before I just followed all the advice. I dry cut the pavers without adding any water. I let the saw run at its natural pace. I cut 1.5" deep in 1 pass. The saw moved easily over the material. I made all 25 cuts down the entire 12 inch length of each…

Not as pictured in Power & Hand Tools

First thing I would like to say is that I am a total DIY enthusiast. I bought it to replace the first one I bought in HD. The reason I bought this blade again is because the first one (Avanti) had a brass ring in the center and fell out before I could cut 3ft 1/2in deep. When I bought this blade I settled on a picture that only showed a 5/8" hole and didn't require a brass ring, thinking this would solve my problem and hold up better in my handsaw. The blade had the same brass ring when I…

Good quality! for diamond blades

There are so many blades to choose from and I only had to cut a piece of granite. I didn't want to pay a lot for a blade that I might never use again, but I was not disappointed when I used this blade. I was very surprised at how easy it cuts. I had a 70 inch piece of granite for a countertop that was just over an inch thick. I watched all the videos and had my guides on the spot. The blade cut granite in about a minute! I don't know how long this can go on because I may never need it again. If

Very important! on Diamond Blades

For ten bucks you get one hell of a cool blade. You can hardly get a wooden blade that cheap! Fast delivery, excellent quality. Bought two to dig a trench in the basement in case one wears out. Cut every 100 feet with no signs of wear! Pretty cheap so I keep both blades in case I need them. I've used a regular ski saw with no problems (I recommend using an old saw you don't need). (i.e. without water protection and water connection), do not use water. You risk getting hit, and that's no fun…

Cut Like Butter On Power Tool Parts And Accessories

The cracks in my asphalt road are getting worse every year and instead of pouring more sealant in I decided to cut out the cracked part [2ft W x 12' L x 2 .5"T] and put the grass in its place. It seems my ideas always have obstacles, but not this one because I found these very affordable 7" DEWALT Diamond blades and when I read reviews there There were many questions about asphalt/asphalt. Well I'm here to tell you these blades cut my 23 year old cobblestone driveway like butter! The powerful…

Worked incredibly. Highly recommended.

I bought this to convert my unit into a built in BBQ grill. This involved cutting a 10" x 36" hole in a stone veneer wall with steel wire reinforcement and some thick metal framing. This blade cut through them all and shows no significant wear. Yesterday I had to cut about 1" off the end of a 3" x 8" x 26" slab of sandstone. This blade went through it in about 2 minutes. I had to finish the last piece with a Sawzall diamond blade but the circular diamond blade goes through the material about 10
