I just re-read the product description on Revain and there is no mention that this guide only works for the DW535 or DCS577. I didn't find out about this until I opened the box and read the 2nd paragraph of the installation guide. The poor product description cost me time, but I hope this information will save you.

is a really great accessory. I've used it to break plywood, 2x and hard boards, hard soffits. Cutting plywood for headers. The capacity is 12 inches, it works great. I'm very glad I spent the extra dollars on this item. I can't break the table saw more often. definitely buy again.

So glad I found this! I have used it many times with my DCS577 60V saw (worm drive) with amazing results. Placing it on the left side allows you to make 1/2 inch breaks. Easily folds to fit in a tool box. People usually go crazy when I take it out and open it. I had 2 pieces of 1" x 3" x 10' sawmill cedar. I used a fence and a cordless to break each into two ½" x 3" boards that came out nice.

Cuts almost as straight as a table saw! I've used it quite a bit, ripped 2x4s and cut plywood. You need to make sure that the lateral pressure you apply to the face of the guide is in front of where your blade will cut or it will get stuck. Probably the best forearm stop you can get on a Dewalt worm drive saw. There is a fence of about 6 inches in front of the saw, making cutting sheet materials HAOOOO easy and precise. Mine is about 1/4 smaller than actual size. But measurements are crucial in shaping your haircut.
