Digital Freezer Thermometer Temperature Feature Review

Works exactly as advertised. BUT. Bought specifically for the alarm clock. BUT this alarm will only emit 3 beeps when the temperature falls below or above the set temperature range. So unless you're close enough to hear it at that moment, you won't hear it if you're within earshot of the thermometer. So I don't think this is a working alarm and that's why I'm only giving it 1 star.

The device itself works great and I have tested it with a standard indoor thermometer. Would give it (5) stars BUT the magnets on the back came loose on the first day! The reason I chose this one was because I really wanted to attach it to an old freestanding freezer I have in my garage so I can see the temperature every time I get in and out of the car . This item was very easy to set up and install. I had no problems at all with the setup. While the instructions aren't perfect, they're easy to follow. This thermometer is fairly easy to set up, but not intuitive. Don't lose the instructions! As for the surgery, I don't think it really works. I use it to control the temperature on the heated sundeck where I keep my plants. I want to know if something happens and my heating stops working.
