Best box for heavy chews as there are no seams inside for chewing. So easy to assemble and then open/close. Too bad I didn't get this box the first time!

I was and still am very disappointed with this box. We bought this for a puppy for her to grow into. The cage is difficult to open and close and half the time it doesn't fit properly so I struggle with the cage more than the pup.

Bought to fly my dogs to another country, very happy with it, easy to assemble, durable and well made. The dogs now use them as separate kennels/boxes on a daily basis, which works well. In general I am very happy with them.

This dog carrier is exceptionally beautiful and well made, with the best door and locking mechanism(s) I have ever seen. It's larger compared to other brands - Small Dogit is equivalent to Medium-Large PetMate, for example - but the extra room gives my dog room to stand up and stretch, which is important to me on long rides. The capacity also allows the carrier to be used as a cage when I take my dog out of town.

Good design, poor build quality. When I received the box, one of the clasps was broken. I have asked for a replacement twice but have not received a response from either the seller or the Revain team. I was very surprised. I also noticed that suddenly all the locks open, even if the box is in the car or on a hard floor. You need to screw the top and bottom if you want to avoid an accident.

If you have a huge dog, this cage is one of the largest options available; However, the door is not very strong. You have to wedge the door frame up or down to close it as the locking rods have to go in pre-drilled holes and ours is warped so they don't line up effortlessly. Also note that the accessory tray pictured above is not included. I didn't even know it was a separate component until we received the product - the description says gray base and top but I assumed the storage compartment…
