GREAT CONNECTION - Oscillating Tools Accessory

Someone wrote that this doesn't work on the Dremel MM50, that's a total lie, it fits mine perfectly. Reduce the speed to the lowest speed on your tool and you won't melt sandpaper on rubber treads.

Pros
  • Nice Packaging
Cons
  • Expensive

Best tool for power tools and hand tools

This tool is great for painting. Shapes fall into all rounded places as intended. You have to be very careful not to put too much pressure on the Dremel itself. Overall I am very happy with this set.

Pros
  • Decent performance

Use with caution, better than hand sanding, don't get your hopes up.

this device works but you have to be careful with it. This is the only automated alternative to manually sanding very tight spaces that I've found. I used it to sand the cracks in an old oak front door and it worked. We're talking 60 linear feet of a round quarter and a very small bay. not funny. Use it at medium speed and don't apply too much pressure or the rubber will melt.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • There is nothing here

Take my advice, work the tool slowly and life will get better. I have used them in high quality finishes with crown and coffered ceilings. Much better and faster than a profile grinder. Be sure to rotate the cartridge and you will get a long life. When using on paint, be sure to move the sander over a larger area to keep it cool and not clog the paper.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Very expensive

NOT compatible with MANY/MOST other multi-tools

My Porter-Cable does not accept this accessory. Since mine is compatible with Bosch, Chicago, Craftsman, Dewalt, Dremel, Fein, Harbor Freight, Makita, Milwaukee, Porter Cable, Ridgid, Ryobi, Rockwell, WEN and others, their claim is that it will work with "most" is compatible, wrong. And when someone specifically asked for it, their own customer support said "view attachment template". This is useless advice! What, it was too much work for your own people to answer that question directly?

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Available in white only

Great tools, great price, great same day delivery

Amazing little tools for hard to sand areas, especially curves and rounded edges where I sand French country furniture again down to the bare wood. I have bought many of these over the past 2 years. Helped to significantly reduce the sanding time of a 7 piece French provincial bedroom set I restored many years ago. Now I'm busy restoring the 2nd French Provincial Set. Note very difficult to find in stock in stores. I've tried Farm N Fleet, Menards, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, none of them…

Great tool when used properly

I do a lot of power carving and whenever I've been willing to clean up cut marks in crevices and hard to reach places I've used various homemade wooden and plastic molds that I should have been wrapped in sandpaper and sanded smooth by hand. Then I found this Dremel attachment a few months ago. It has completely replaced this time-consuming step in my process. I just take my Makita multi-tool to level 2 (out of 5) and just relax. As long as I don't put too much pressure on the grinder, it does…

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Great idea; Hasn't worked for a long time

We try to listen to feedback from others, but we didn't succeed with this product because we felt our needs were a little different than the comments, that we have read ; so we ordered them. In theory this is a great idea and they have been working well for a while. But as we've read in other reviews, the plastic/rubber part gets hot and tends to push the sandpaper off the adapter. This is fine for small (much smaller) incremental tasks, but long-term projects can suffer the same demise as…

Pros
  • Hands-free
Cons
  • So far so good

It's unbalanced, causing a lot of vibration, heat

What a joke. The "engineer" who designed this should use this thing to brush his teeth. It is not balanced, causes strong vibration, heat, and when the rubber support device is heated, it flies out of the metal clamp. It is so unbalanced that it destroyed the front bearing of my Multimax. I've always been a fan/supporter of Dremel, but not anymore. Starting at $15 for a contour grinder and a Multimax. Perhaps the management should take the time to read the reviews. Reviews are free market…
