These containers look like they are clear in the picture but are not. They're kind of foggy white, so my handicrafts are a little hard to see through the plastic. I won't be returning them because they are good plastic containers for leftovers and they were affordable. You just can't use them for their intended purpose.

They are not microwave safe, they are dishwasher safe in PP5 containers as directed. The lids melt at any sterile heat setting. Photos are attached. Request a full refund what a waste of time and energy and not so cheap lab products for my science project in a kids classroom. Had to travel 60 miles to get the agar plates ready in time for the project. Spent over $100 on materials!

I buy quart and pint sized deli containers about every 4 weeks to hold cooked food for the local pantry, then freeze them in a freezer and donate every two weeks. These containers are lightweight, durable and freeze well. I've had issues with other plastic containers that break during freezing, but not this one. Bought these because we love Chinese soup containers and always keep them for leftovers. Thought they were similar. These cases will not fit. They pop out instantly, just tap the lid randomly and the lid will pop. There is no way to seal them. Well it's a joke. Terrible product. DO NOT BUY! I have to try another brand (maybe I'll ask the Chinese store what brand they use because it's not the right one!). It's complete rubbish. They are way better than most deli containers I get from real deli stores. I bought these to store and freeze the food I cook for my dog. They freeze very well, are strong and clean very well on the top shelf of my dishwasher. I use 20 on rotation (which is more than enough for my needs) and keep the other 20 to replace tired when needed. I have been looking for deli containers with reliable leak proof lids that can be used to freeze soups and broths. I saw some of them on the restaurant house website but it required buying a suitcase and the shipping cost was ridiculous. I mainly use them for cold oats. They are "hermetic" in that the dome of the lid actually rises due to air pressure after the lid is closed. Nothing has spilled yet, but on the way to work I zip the containers into a gallon and then into a roomy bag so nothing can cut/snag/break the lid during transit. Hats are not easy to put on, some say. , but I think they have problems because the lid is not tightly closed. You need to hold it in your hands like you are holding a turtle and press your palms

They may be worth the price if you find they don't last long. So if you're the kind of person or preacher who hands out food to others, they will be appropriate and perhaps pay off. The description said these cups were see-through, which you might think, clear, colorless and see-through. Everything was not clear. They seem to fit well at first, but after opening and closing one of them while watching a movie, that closure wasn't as tight. I tested the mug under hot water from the sink and was able to wash it.
