Update August 2021: Algae died and never returned. Algae D-Solv was used after MANY aeration as detailed below and measured exactly the amount needed to kill the algae. Used twice as stated. To keep the algae at bay I use Aquascape's Good Bacteria Concentrate every two weeks; drain and replace about 10% of the water every two weeks and treat that amount of new water with Seachem's Safe which removes chlorine, chloramine and ammonia.
