Description of 🚚 Plews & Edelmann 91846 Power Steering Return Hose: Ford F Series Trk & Bronco Replacement 5.0L, 5.8L V-8 - Black, W/Trlr. Tow (1997-80)

Manufactured using nitrile tube and oil-resistant synthetic rubber cover. Manufactured with a special chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) tube with a temperature capacity of up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Mounting brackets, heat shields and convoluted sheathing to protect the hose are included where applicable. 3/8 inch male inverted flare x 3/8 inch i.d. hose.

Will not fit F-150 1993 5.0

Ignore the fake 5 star reviews! Wrong thread for 1993 F-150 5.0. This is a fairly versatile part for many Ford models. OEM STEERING ADJUSTMENT!

Yes. Wrong thread

After several attempts to tighten the thread, I took it out again and compared it with the factory line. The threads on this one are slightly longer and will not fit the steering box on my 94 f 150. I am returning it and will try to rebuild the factory line because I do not need these parts issues.

Threads did not match

I have a 1990 Ford F-150 so every part must be by now after sale. When this product arrived everything seemed fine until I started installing it. The thread on one end does not screw properly. At first he didn't even get it and didn't start screwing. My dad and I took turns screwing in one end of the hose for probably an hour and a half. Very upset that they sent the product back and bought it from another company.
