I bought this item because I was replacing our chandelier in the foyer with one that fits the space better than the one in there. This ceiling medallion adds just the right amount of detail to jazz up a plain ceiling in my boy's room. It's the perfect size to highlight the drum light, which we also bought here on Amazon.
