Easily attaches directly to 5 gallon water jugs and pumps quite a lot of water. Noisy when turned on, but not critical to me. The battery life is very long, I only use it a few times a day but it has been running for 3 weeks on a single charge. All in all I am very happy with this product for the price and convenience

While it won't screw into 5 gallon jugs as expected, it still works great. I'm on my third five gallon container and haven't had to load it yet. Never loaded. My other issue was the delay from pressing to turning off, and there's almost no noticeable period of time. When pressed, the water stops and then stops dripping.

The package does not include a gasket where the pump attaches to the gallon water bottle so it fits freely on top. Very concerned about the risk of contaminants and debris entering my water supply. I have decided to return this product as it is defective and does not come with instructions on how to set it up properly. I had to go to Revain and find I lacked the details for it. I would not recommend buying this product

I am a water quality fanatic. I have a manual pump for 3 and 5 gallon water bottles. I found an electric one that charges easily with a phone charger. The snorkel comes into its own in this automatic water dispenser. The hand pump I have has a rigid hose, so when I bought it to fit my 3 gallon bottle I had to use a hacksaw to cut it to size. THIS dispenser had a flexible hose that I can use in both my 3 gallon and my 5 gallon. bottles! PERFECT!

This product does exactly what it is advertised to do. The battery life isn't terrible. We drink a lot of water at my house and I have chosen to use a water delivery service instead of buying water in crates. The only thing I don't like is that the pump just sits on top of the bottle. It doesn't screw or snap or anything. A bit annoying but makes it easier to switch from one bottle to another. I've only had the water pump for 2 weeks so we'll see how it performs over time but for now I like it! Update: as of 06.05.21 the pump is still running. It didn't seem necessary, but I recharged the pump after five 5 gallons of water. The hose goes all the way down, sucking out every ounce of water.
