Works great, well assembled. It sits very well on the bottleneck. The battery lasts for a full 5 gallon bottle of water with plenty of life.

It's so easy to use and practical. We put one in our camper and got my 91. The old mother is alone for her room so she has water on hand when she needs it. She loves it too.

Item works as described. After assembling the block, simply dip the hose into the 5 gallon jug and push down and the water will exit into the 1 gallon jug. I would like the pump to push the water a little faster or the hose to be a little bigger. Also its work as stated.

I have tried many of these pumps and this is by far my favourite. It's great for one-handed use as you can place a glass on it and there's plenty of room under the spout. People complaining that it doesn't fit tightly didn't read the instructions to understand that you should leave the plastic cap on the water bottle and just thread the hose through the center hole. It fits very well and does not move even with a large glass.
