Love this item. It's super comfortable and pretty. I love that the straw is flexible and can hold 1 to 5 gallons of water. This is a great alternative to buying a giant water dispenser. Save space and money!

this is a really useful tool for all our summer grills. Just pop it into a water jug, gallon or even a large 5 gallon water jug you can find at your home storage and anyone can easily and cleanly pour their own water without having to refill jugs every 5 minutes or spilling to risk. Funny thing: when the water is empty and the pump only pumps air, it sounds like a cow. Kids think it's funny :-)

This is perfect for what I need. I collect spring water in large 5 gallon bottles and use this bottle pump. The charge lasts a long time, much longer than I expected. I haven't used it for a week, I use it every day. An unexpected feature is that the pump isn't attached to the bottle but sits on top and is held in place by gravity, allowing it to be knocked over. So far this hasn't been a problem. Very happy with it.

I bought this for camping and one thing I learned is to make sure the battery is fully charged first. I used it at home and after 3 weeks the charge is still going. I'm glad I bought it. One thing that could be improved: the rubber boot to keep the device from wobbling on the water dispenser (I use 3 gallon bottles and it's free). I can go to the dollar store and try putting a case of soda on it so it fits snugly.

Battery life is terrible. We spent two days charging this dispenser only to die within 3 hours or two uses to fill a 28oz bottle. I bought it last summer and it didn't even last out of the box. I've just finally gotten around to writing a review because we've used it on many power outages this year and found it disappointing enough to take the time to review. Not recommended unless you want to use it while connected to the network. (which defeats the purpose).

I have a rudimentary (non-electric) version of this electric faucet for large water bottles. I had no idea the nozzle could be SO LOUD when filling with water. I wouldn't have bought this if I had known beforehand; I would pay an extra $10 for a really "quiet" version. I am shocked that the seller can advertise it as "quiet" in performance. It's not ALMOST quiet anywhere, and I'm not exaggerating. I'll look for an excellent replacement and mention it here (I'll find one!).

The suction hose is just long enough to touch the bottom of a 5 gallon bottle - instructions are good and easy to use. I use it to transfer 2.5 gallons from a 5 gallon bottle to a 3 gallon bottle which I can then carry upstairs. I have a bad back and this works well. I had to find a hose that would fit into the transfer outlet. It would be great if the kit included a two meter hose.
